About this role
- We care deeply about taste: typography, layout, rhythm, and consistency.
- You’ll work closely with engineering to design interfaces that are beautiful and feasible to implement quickly.
Responsibilities
- Design UI/UX flows and high-fidelity screens for web experiences.
- Create or refine a simple design system (colors, type scale, spacing, components).
- Produce brand/visual assets as needed (icons, illustrations, banners, social cards).
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure designs translate well into production UI.
Requirements
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/visual design skills and taste.
- Proficiency with Figma (or similar tools).
- Ability to communicate design rationale clearly (trade-offs, constraints, priorities).
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with iterative feedback.
Nice to have
- Experience designing SaaS dashboards or data-heavy UIs.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS constraints (Tailwind knowledge is a plus).
- Branding experience (logo, identity, typography systems).
